If
you have a former Microsport, please let
us know what they
are doing now.

Robbie Georgel
was
always very special – in spite of his heart & lung
condition he was one of our most enthusiastic young
sportsmen whilst attending Microsport classes and has
maintained his enthusiasm for sport, particularly by playing
hockey & supporting his favourite soccer team, Liverpool
FC.He had the chance of a lifetime, in 2006 when he led the
Liverpool FC team out at Anfield, as their mascot for their
Premiership match against Blackburn Rovers, in front of a
capacity crowd (pictured above). Robbie currently
plays tennis & hockey and has represented his school in
county championships at skiing.

Christopher Webster and his older
brother Daniel were amongst our most naturally talented
young Microsports and have continued to excel. Daniel was
awarded a sports scholarship to Trinity School, Croydon,
has played football for a HSBC in U11 Tandridge league, was
selected to play cricket in the U12 Bromley district &
U11 Surrey Outer London Regional teams. Christopher spent 2
years at Arsenal's development centre. He
is still at Fulham and also plays for HSBC U10's and in
2005 they won the Tandridge League Cup beating 74
other teams!! He plays cricket at Dulwich and was
nominated as 'Player of the Year' following which, he was
been selected to play cricket for the Under 9 Surrey team.
He is pictured above in his County kit!

Kate was one of the very first Microsports to come
to our classes. Like Daniel Webster, she gained a sports
scholarship to Gresham's School in Norfolk and her school
life has been dominated by sport of all kinds. She played
tennis for Kent under 9's and under 10's when she was at primary school and
for several years played county hockey for Norfolk and was
part of the East of England Development Squad. Her school team, which she captained,
won the county championship several times and she is
pictured here collecting the trophy for winning the East of England championship -
the team which went on to become runners up in the National under
16 finals. Kate has also represented Norfolk in athletics
and now captains Newcastle University hockey team.

Ben & Matthew Georgel have both continued to be
involved in various sports:- Ben plays hockey for Beckenham
& Bromley under 8's, and both boys play tennis. Ben is
pictured above in the mini tennis county finals this year.
He was runner up in the County doubles event
